If you opt in, Copyhero LLC dba TrueWater may send you text messages about TrueWater Pod. There are two kinds:
By ticking the SMS consent box at checkout, entering your mobile number in a form that states you agree to receive texts, or replying to a message from us asking you to confirm. You are confirming that the number you provide is yours and that you are 18 or older.

Stopping text messages does not cancel a subscription. To stop recurring charges, follow the Subscription & Recurring Billing Terms.
Message frequency varies and depends on your order and your preferences. Message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your mobile carrier. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.
Delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
We use your mobile number to send the messages described above. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
If we change these terms we will post the updated version here and update the effective date.
