2-year warranty on the stainless-steel Pod housing against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, from the delivery date.
The mineral stones inside are consumable. A Pod is designed to treat about 48 gallons, roughly a month of normal use, and running out is not a defect. Replacement Pods are sold separately, or arrive automatically if you chose auto-refill.
The perforated 304 stainless-steel housing and its closure: manufacturing defects, splits, and closures that fail to hold under normal use. If a claim is approved we will replace the affected Pod or refund what you paid for it, at our discretion.
If you added the extended warranty at checkout, the coverage above runs for 4 years from delivery instead of 2. The terms are otherwise identical.
Email info@truewaterpod.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video showing it. We may ask you to return the Pod. We aim to tell you the outcome within 2 business days of receiving what we need.
The warranty is about defects. If you simply do not like the product, use the 90-day money-back guarantee in the Return Policy instead, which covers opened and used Pods.
This warranty is in addition to the rights you have under consumer law and does not replace them.
