Your contract is with Copyhero LLC dba TrueWater, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. All orders, customer support, returns and refunds are handled by Copyhero LLC at info@truewaterpod.com.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are the ones shown on the checkout page when you order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and may decline or cancel an order, in which case we refund you in full. Any discount applies for the period stated on the page.
By completing your purchase you authorize us and our authorized payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the total shown. Payments may be collected and processed by Tradone Limited, RM03, 24/F, Ho King Comm Ctr, 2-16 Fa Yuen St, Mong Kok, Hong Kong, acting as our authorized payment collection partner, so your billing descriptor may differ from the brand name on this site.
Auto-refill is optional and is not selected for you. If you switch it on, a refill ships every 28 days and is charged to the same payment method on the day it ships, until you cancel. Full terms, amounts, and the cancellation procedure are in the Subscription & Recurring Billing Terms.
We ship within the United States. Processing and delivery times, and what happens with an incorrect address, are set out in the Shipping Policy. Optional Shipping Protection is covered by the Shipping Protection Terms.

The stainless-steel Pod housing is covered as described in the Warranty Policy. The mineral stones inside are consumable and are expected to be replaced with normal use.
TrueWater Pod is a consumer product that adds mineral contact to drinking water before you pour it. It is not a water filter or purifier and not a medical device. Use it only with water you already consider safe to drink. Statements about the product have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, a kidney restriction, or a doctor-directed limit on what you drink, speak to your healthcare provider before changing your water.
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or copy its content for commercial use. All text, images, and marks on the site belong to us or our licensors.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, contact us at info@truewaterpod.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
