Who we are

TrueWater is a brand of Copyhero LLC, a U.S. company headquartered at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958. We design the Pod, write our own labels and run our own store on this site — TrueWater is not sold on Amazon, eBay or other marketplaces.

We are a small team, and it shows in the best way: when you write to info@truewaterpod.com, the person answering can actually fix your problem, usually within one business day.

What we make

One product: a drop-in mineral pod for the pitcher you already own. Spring water gets its taste from time spent moving through rock. Filters, softeners and bottles skip that step entirely — the Pod adds it back, in your own kitchen, in five to ten minutes.

How it is made

• 304 stainless steel shellPerforated, dishwasher-friendly, no plastic. The stones stay sealed inside, so nothing loose ever reaches your glass.
• Three kinds of stoneMineral, alkaline and magnesium stones — calcium, magnesium, potassium and maifan contact before you pour.
• Honest by designOne Pod treats about 48 gallons. It is a taste and mineral upgrade — not a filter, not a purifier, not a medical device.

Our promise

Try the Pod in your own pitcher. If you are not glad you bought it, write to us within 90 days of delivery — opened and used Pods included — and we refund the product price. The full terms are in our Return Policy.
